The holidays are here!





The summer holidays have arrived! I hope you all have a brilliant and safe holiday and look forward to seeing you back at school in late August.

Here is a first mathematical puzzle. You can see two cards each with four digits on, you have to try and make 24 on each card only using the four single digit numbers given. You can use any combination of +, ×, ÷ and - ... good luck!

    on the second card you do 8x3 = 24

    Lucy, you have to use all four digits on the card. Have another go!
